In-stock range:

If you are not satisfied with your order then you may return it to us in an unused condition within 14 days. If you choose to return your product, please bear in mind that there will be a £39.95 collection charge.

If your product develops a fault within the first year after purchase that is through no fault of your own, you are entitled to a refund or replacement

Made to Order Range: All made to order sofas come with a 10 year frame guarantee, 3 year foam and fabric guarantee, plus a 30 day comfort trial.

How quickly can my sofa be delivered?

Estimated delivery time for made to order sofas is approximately 8-10 weeks. In-stock items may qualify for next day delivery unless otherwise stated.

How does the comfort trial work?

We are confident that you’ll be completely satisfied with the comfort level of your new lounge seating. As a testament to this, we offer a 30 day comfort trial on all our made to order sofas and armchairs. If the level of comfort does not meet your high expectations, you can arrange a return within 30 days in exchange for a full refund.

What is the Martindale Abrasion Test?

The Martindale Abrasion Test is the industry standard for measuring a fabric’s durability. Fabric is subjected to rubbing to simulate wear and test its ability to withstand abrasion. Domestic grade upholstered seating must withstand 20,000 cycles to pass the test, but our fabrics have been tested to withstand 50,000 cycles making them also suitable for commercial use.
